Job Description

Oversee the allocated areas of business, implement any operational changes and deliver measurable improvements
Responsible for building, documenting, and implementing a structured, deliverable driven, fact-based process improvement process that includes industry best practices and tools that are efficient, effective, and scalable
Implement healthcare specific emerging technologies to invoke strategic discussions which will nurture a culture for adoption and encourage digital mindset
Works with leadership to remove barriers and ensures goals and objectives are met and completed on time with high quality.
Reviewing requests from business teams for new processes, advising stakeholders on optimal strategy alignment, and solutions, translating those to potential projects.
Roadmap Planning: Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing and planning the roadmap. Use high judgment to make critical trade-offs, balancing both business requirements and technological trade-offs
Ensure that any newly developed solutions are done using a standardized methodology, clearly documenting the process to deliver them.
Create a set of digital initiatives and projects involving different business units to support digitalization, communicate the related changes and priorities to all key stakeholders and users
Closely monitor project progress, performance and quality, including evaluation, assessing customer/patient/user feedback and benefits realization. Also, represent the program, project at internal/external project meetings and events as appropriate
